Is it too late to book a room reservation?
Answer
No! Though this is subject to room availability, it is still possible to book a room. To help us keep track of guests attending, it is preferred that you please book at https://experienceluxetravel.com/saffaeigruganwedding/ If you booked your room outside of our room block or wedding website, please be sure to inform us that you are coming so we save you a seat!

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The closest airport to the hotel is Cancun International Airport (CUN). The hotel is 40 minutes from CUN.

Is the resort all-inclusive?
Answer
Yes! Food, alcohol and 24-hour room service are all included!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, the resort is adults-only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When do I need to arrive at the hotel?
Answer
We will have wedding events starting on the evening of January 16, 2026. As this is a holiday weekend, we recommend booking from January 15-19. However, we would love if you could stay longer to celebrate and relax as the bride and groom will be at the resort from January 13-23.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
It will be formal or black tie optional. This means that men may wear a tuxedo or suit. Women may wear a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

How do I book transport between the Cancun airport and resort?
Answer
Airport transportation can be added to your room reservation when you submit your reservation through our website. Use the tab above labeled "Room Reservation".

Is there a dress code for the Welcome Party on January 16, 2026?
Answer
While it is preferred that you be dressed in cocktail attire, we understand that some guests may be arriving that evening and not have time to get ready. Our priority is to simply see you so feel free to come straight from the airport! The Welcome Party will take place from 6pm to 8pm at the Don Fernando Terrace located behind the bar in the main lobby.
