When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 9th, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi-formal/casual please. Dress pants/khakis are acceptable for men. Please do not wear jeans. We ask that women do not wear white, or similar colors. We also ask that guests try to avoid our wedding colors, which are lilac and royal blue. If you have questions, please reach out.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

All guests are listed by name on the invitations, as well as on our RSVP page. Unless your invite states “and guest”, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00pm so we are asking all guests to arrive and be seated by 2:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a sign for designated parking area for the ceremony, and there is a parking lot for the reception location.

What food will be served?

Answer

During cocktail hour, there will be charcuterie boards. Dinner will be catered by B2 Bar-B-Que. There will be pulled pork, roast beef, Mac & cheese, vegetables, and pig bombs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please reach out to Megan or Brody directly as soon as possible so we can discuss accommodations for you.

Is it okay to show up on the wedding day if I did not RSVP “yes” by the deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We have a deadline for turning in our final number of guests which impacts the quantities of food and beverages that are supplied for the event, as well as the number of actual seats provided at both the ceremony and the reception. We hope to celebrate with you at a later date!
