Question
WHAT TIME IS THE CEREMONY? WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION?
Answer
We are asking that all guests arrive at 3:30pm. Guests will not be allowed to be seated after the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4. Cocktail hour and reception will take place immediately after.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal/ cocktail attire. Also, we are asking that everyone wears the colors BLACK and/or WHITE. (Yes, you can wear white! :-) ) Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The ceremony space is in grass. Last but not least, make sure you throw on your BEST dancing shoes!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS? WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE?
Answer
Yes, kiddos are invited! Children under the age of 10 are required to check in to our onsite kid's zone where a licensed professional will be onsite to watch them during the ceremony. After the ceremony and cocktail hour, children will be able to join their parents for the reception. All invited guests must RSVP their children by the RSVP deadline in order for them to attend. Please dress little ones according to the aforementioned dress code.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
Outdoors. In the event of light rain, we will resume the ceremony outside. We ask that if you bring an umbrella that it is black, white, or clear. There is a backup indoor option should we experience bad weather.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE CEREMONY?
Answer
My awesome coordinator will be onsite to make sure you know exactly where to go to enjoy cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony. During cocktail hour, you can enjoy the open bar, have a caricature portrait of your self drawn, take a few photos in front of our custom photo wall, or just mix and mingle with some of your new family members.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED? IS THERE EASY PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Transportation will not be provided. We strongly suggest that you carpool if possible. UBER/ LYFT DOES NOT SERVICE OUR VENUE! Please be sure to have transportation sorted so that you are not stranded in Stokesdale lol. There is plenty of parking on site and a parking attendant will be there to direct you.

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
We really hope that you're able to be a part of our special day. RSVP requests will be included in your invitation, which will be sent via email at a later date. If for any reason you have trouble submitting your RSVP, please reach out to either the groom or bride directly and we will be happy to help. Please also keep in mind that we are ONLY accommodating guests that have RSVP'd. If there is no RSVP on file for you, there will not be a spot for you at the wedding or reception. PLEASE do not bring additional guests unless you've gotten clearance from the bride or groom.
