We met during junior year of high school at Quantico Middle/High School. We got off to a really rocky start. After not even being friends for about a year, we slowly developed a friendship that turned into a relationship. THE PROPOSAL I came up to visit Gabe for his senior ROTC ball. My flight left Virginia Beach around six in the morning and made it to Gabe in Worcester by eleven. I had a very early morning followed by two terrible flights, so I was a little angry when Gabe picked me up from the airport. After driving an hour from the airport back to Holy Cross, Gabe took me to the Chapel on campus. At this point I was wondering why we weren't taking my luggage back to his room and getting something to eat. I was hungry, and it was so cold that I didn't want to get out of the car. I then saw Andrew, Gabe's roommate and best friend, at the front of the chapel. Seeing Andrew prompted me to get out of the car. Before I knew it, Andrew was holding a sign and Gabe was down on one knee.
