Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children that are formally invited are welcome at the ceremony but the reception is an adults-only affair. Please govern yourself accordingly.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Charlotte Marriott SouthPark in Charlotte, NC. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Wilson/Davis Wedding Ceremony & Reception in order to receive a discounted rate. Please call 704-364-8220 to make your reservation or visit the TRAVEL section of our website.

Is there a deadline to book my hotel in order to receive the discount?

Answer

Yes! Be sure to book your hotel room by 8/9/2023 in order to receive the discount. The wedding and ceremony will be at the host hotel (Charlotte Marriott SouthPark).

Can I take photos and videos at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No. Please honor our wishes with no photos or videos until we’re announced as Mr and Mrs.
