It all started back in 2015, at the bar—not in a rom-com kind of way, more like a we’re coworkers kind of way. Sean and Colleen both worked at Landmark, but life looked pretty different then. They were in different relationships, on different paths, and let’s be honest—definitely not picturing a wedding together at all. Sean kind of knew who Colleen was. Even though they both went to Gloucester Catholic (five years apart!), he figured she’d know his cousins—and that’s exactly how their first conversation started: small talk about familiar names and hometown overlaps. Eventually, life took them in separate directions. Sean graduated from college and moved on from the bar, and Colleen left to work at another restaurant. They didn’t keep in touch at all—and that could’ve been the end of the story. Now fast forward to 2018.
