Question

Where Should I Park?

Answer

Drive down 5th Avenue and turn onto Hunter Avenue just before the church. Take the first left into the parking area located between the Thompson community center and the aquatic center. There is also paid parking on 5th ave.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

formal attire please. We ask that men and women do not wear jeans as it makes it seem too casual of an event. We also ask that you do not wear pastel yellow or navy blue as those colors are reserved for the wedding party.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 614 Church Victorian Village between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony starts at 3:00 pm

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that your cell phones and other devices are put away during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity, we are not allowing plus ones.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to make our day an adult only celebration to ensure that our guests, especially parents can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. Make it a date night! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

No cocktail hour?

Answer

We decided to do a tea party at 4pm after the ceremony instead of a cocktail hour. Both the tea party and the reception are located at the Westgate shelterhouse. The Bride and Groom will be taking pictures while you enjoy your tea, charcuterie and cookies.

Question

Is there transportation to the second venue after the ceremony?

Answer

We decided to not provide transportation to the other venue, so that our guests do not end up leaving their vehicles at the church. Please have your own means of transportation to the Westgate Shelterhouse

Question

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

The first few rows of the ceremony at the church will be reserved for family only. At the reception, everyone will be listed on a seating chart where you can easily find your assigned table.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 21st 2026.

Question

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you did not RSVP by the deadline date provided you will be marked as a “no” and we will miss you! Please understand that our vendors need a final guest count. (This all means you will not be allowed to attend our special day and there won’t be a seat, food or accommodations for you.)
