How do I book my room? Is there a room block, or do I just book it myself?

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please find the RSVP tab above. If you are having trouble finding your reservation, use your first and last name ONLY. If you get an error, try your government name. Do NOT use "The Spellmans" or "Mr. and Mrs."

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Beach Formal: similar to evening wear for traditional weddings but with a tropical feel. Light, airy fabrics and colors are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing white! Women's Attire: Flowy maxi dresses, midi dresses, dressy sandals. Men's Attire: Long pants (no jeans), button-down shirts, boat shoes or loafers.

Will children be allowed at the wedding?

Although we love your children, this is an adults-only resort, and we are unable to accommodate them at the venue.

Will I need a passport to come to the wedding?

Answer

YES! You will need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic and it cannot expire 6 months from your return date (passport cannot expire before 10/12/2026) If it expires before then, you will need to update it.

What does "all-inclusive" mean?

Answer

An all-inclusive resort is a vacation destination that includes most of the trip's costs in the price of your stay. This includes lodging, food, drinks, activities, and entertainment.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the airport?

Answer

When booking through Destination Weddings (on the travel tab), your shuttle to and from the airport will be included!

What's the difference between standard and preferred rooms?

Answer

Hyatt Preferred Club rooms offer more amenities and access to exclusive services than standard rooms. Some of these include advanced suite features, enhanced room amenities, and access to exclusive resort and spa areas.

There is a 3-night minimum stay required for you to be eligible for the group rate.
