The center of Laguna Beach. From here, you can walk along Coast Highway (or PCH as well call it), to many shops, art galleries, and restaurants. So much to explore!
It's not really 1000 steps to get to the beach...Its only 233! Walk down the steps and find a truly magical beach, with magnificent homes that seem to be just hanging off the cliffs. Just remember, to get back, you have to climb 233 steps back up, but its worth it! We sometimes workout together here, racing up and down the steps... Stacey record is 4 times, and Don's is 6.
A little hole in the wall taco stand with only 2 picnic benches. We like to order tacos and walk to the public garden just north of the taco stand, and find a table in the garden. Shrimp tacos are Stacey's favorite and Papa's Chimichanga burrito is highly recommended by Don!
One of our favorite breakfast/lunch spots!! Huge specialty coffee and tea selections, in addition to the great food. TIP: Don't be intimidated by the long line... it moves quickly!
Our favorite bar in Laguna! Come get some great drinks and apps, enjoy the incredible ocean and mountain views, and watch an amazing California sunset. We came here on one of our first dates, and continued to have many dates on The Rooftop.
Upscale steakhouse where we celebrate birthdays and special occasions. We recommend sitting on the rooftop for the views. Don't forget to say hi to the parrots!!
It feels as if you really are standing on top of the world! Come see the breathtaking views from this high point. There are hiking trails as well if you feel like getting your fitness on. One of our favorite places to watch sunsets and hike.
A California state park that has over 3 miles of shoreline and runs from Laguna Beach to Newport Beach. Inland, this park has an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails.. one of Don's favorite places to mountain bike! At the center of the park shoreline is the Crystal Cove Historic District where there is a restaurant and bar, The Beachcomber Cafe and Bootlegger Bar.
