FAQs

Question

Are there group rates for hotel booking?

Answer

Yes! See Travel tab for hotels and group booking number.

Question

How should I get there?

Answer

If you are coming from the LA area, we recommend checking on flights between Burbank and Santa Rosa (STS) since that will be the closest airport. If you are coming from further away, then San Francisco, Oakland, or Sacramento would all be good options. We recommend booking a rental car for your stay as the venue is fairly remote and transportation options are limited. However, a shuttle will be available between hotels and the venue for the day of the wedding.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15th

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola, please see the registry tab for more.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please consult the the bride and groom if you would like to add a guest that is not already noted on your invite

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We understand many of our friends and family have young ones so we are open to children being included as needed, however we do suggest making separate arrangements for childcare if possible.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue, however we will also have a shuttle available between the hotels listed on the travel tab.

Question

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

This is an outdoor venue therefore we will not be requiring masks, however we ask that you please be vaccinated.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire, black tie optional, really anything you want! But keep in mind this is an entirely outdoor venue. May is typical warm and mild, but a light sweater may be handy for later in the evening. There is a good bit of gravel in the area so we strongly recommend wearing stable block heels or flats.
