When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through the QR code on your invitation by August 15th, 2025 so that we can confirm our guest count with our vendors. We’ll miss you if you can’t make it, but totally understand if you can't join the celebration. If you’re not able to come, please just make sure to mark “no” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Your love and support still mean so much to us!

What is the transportation / parking situation like?

Answer

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the venue. Parking will be located along the back of the venue, there will be signs and someone directing cars.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We invite everyone to arrive at the venue at 3:30 PM for a drink and live music! Please head to the front patio to grab a drink, mingle, and then make your way to the ceremony area to find your seats. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please ensure you are seated before then.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and wanting to have an intimate wedding, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you did receive a plus one, they will be listed under your name on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos and would love to share this day with them! Due to limited space, we are however only able to extend an invitation to those in our immediate family who are apart of our wedding party. We thank you for your understanding, and hope that arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day and enjoy a night of dancing and fun!
