How do I RSVP?
Answer
Go to the RSVP tab on the top of the wedding website. Type your name into the search engine to unlock your RSVP form.

When is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We require a confirmation of attendance by June 1, 2021. You MUST RSVP by this date in order to attend and a seat designated for dinner.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony no later than 6:00pm. You will not be allowed in the ceremony space once the wedding has started and will have to wait until the reception begins. Please note: THERE IS NO LOITERING IN THE LOBBY.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. There is free parking in the front and back of the venue.

Are the ceremony and reception located at the same place?
Answer
Yes. The ceremony and reception halls are in the same building.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes. Please specify your food allergy and/or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If there is a problem with this process please let our wedding planner know no later than June 1, 2021. Her name is Antonia Baker and she can be reached at (540) 841-1320 or hello@antoniabakerexperience.com.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
No. We love your child(ren), but we've prepared an evening for invited guests ages 18 and older only.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is an intimate occasion; your invite will indicate the number of seats reserved for you. Please do not add or change the name of OUR invited guests.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. This event is semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can photos/videos be taken during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We would love for all of our guests to be truly present during our ceremony. Therefore, we respectfully request our guests to “unplug” and put their phones & cameras away. However, once the ceremony is over, please take as many photos/videos as you choose during the reception.
