A perfect match from the beginning. Melissa and Donald met online. From the start, Donald was very intentional in their dating. On their first day, he took her for a flight (of whiskey) and her feet have not touched the ground since. Melissa dared him not to fall in love, and according to her, he could not resist. Their courtship would be filled with many more flights to come with starry nights filled with cigars and slow dancing in between. By Fall football season would test their love with Melissa as a lifelong Bears fan and Donald as a Steelers fan to his core. By Winter the two knew this was not a chance meeting and they'd found their person. Finally on May 6, 2022, Donald while vacationing in Curaçao Donald asked Melissa to marry him. Melissa says it was the easiest yes she has ever said.
