To RSVP please click on the RSVP tab at the top of our website and type in the name (s) from envelope. Kindly rsvp before July 20, 2026. If you are unable to attend we would appreciate if you still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcount’s to vendors after this deadline - you will be missed!
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can rsvp for. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family & friends.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accomodate everyones children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we were able to accomodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us! We recommend utilizing resources such as Care.com to find background-checked babysitters in the local area.
The dress code is cocktail attire (semi formal). We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. Please be aware that both the Ceremony & Reception will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Please look at the Weather information below. We hope you take this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up!
Prepare for the weather to be about 75 degrees during the day and 50 degrees after sunset. Both the Ceremony & Reception will be outdoors in a grassy area, regardless of weather. We wish for a sunny beautiful day but if it rains the day will continue with no changes, hopefully no one will melt!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at our venue. No need to travel in between!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:30 - 3:45 pm so there is time to mingle as well as find a seat. If you happen to be late please do NOT walk down the aisle to find a seat. Please walk through the grass to find a seat to avoid run-ins with the photographer.
Yes there is complimentary guest parking onsite in grass. We do recommend carpooling or designating a DD prior to the event.
There will be a partial open bar, this will feature beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, tequila, & rum. We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving, the venue does agree and allow guests to leave vehicles overnight if need be. However, they must be picked up the next morning by 12:00 PM ( noon ). We recommend planning a carpool with other guests, or finding a designated driver for the night. BYOB is NOT allowed per our bartender contract.
Please find the menu offerings for both Cocktail hour & Reception under the Schedule tab at the top of the website. If you have any further questions feel free to contact the bride.
If you still have any questions that were not answered here, Please feel free to call or text the bride at 570-856-8520! I appreciate you taking the time to read this through and hope this can alleviate any questions / concerns.
