When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue, and cars may be left overnight.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm, our ceremony will start at 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire, please plan to wear appropriate shoes for our ceremony which will be in a grassy field.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. If you wish to ride the shuttle to the ceremony, please plan to check into the hotel on Friday as the hotel could not guarantee early check in. Alternatively, you may consider leaving your car at the venue and taking the shuttle back to the hotel after the reception. If you are local, and interested in staying in the hotel and/or taking the shuttle, please reach out to Donald.
