No gift registry?

Answer

As many of you know, in 2025 we purchased our first home in Dayton, Virginia. It is lovely, but in need of new kitchen appliances. We have been setting aside money to purchase new appliances in the future. So in lieu of a gift registry, we would be grateful for any gift to our kitchen fund.

What should I bring?

Answer

Yourself and anything you need for the weekend! Bedrooms furnished with bedding and bathrooms with towels will be available for everyone. With the outdoor weather in May consider bringing layers, rainwear, outdoor shoes, and a bathing suit if you want to jump in the hot tub. All meals will be provided but feel free to bring snacks. Also bring any games or outdoor play equipment that you would enjoy using over the weekend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual. We want the weekend to be comfortable and fun! Just keep in mind, there will be both indoor and outdoor activities. The theme for the Saturday meal is "Nowhere to wear this to" so let that inspire you (see Schedule for more info).

Pictures?

Answer

We may have a few posed pictures taken, but we encourage you to take candid pictures throughout the weekend to share with us. We will have a link/qr code available for anyone to be able to add photos to our album.
