We're Getting Married!

We first met through friends and stayed in touch for some time. After a stubborn courtship from Ryan, a date finally took place! Ryan cooked one of his favorite Cuban dishes for Kristen. It must not have been too terrible because it led to another date! As time went on, we learned more about each other and it just clicked. We have been on many adventures and look forward to many more!

It was Ryan’s birthday, and Kristen had spent the day tidying up his condo for him and was cooking a nice dinner. He came home from work, kicked off his shoes, and started winding down. They usually play a round of Jeopardy on their Amazon Echo Dot while they prep dinner, so Ryan said “Alexa, let’s play Jeopardy.” The voice of ‘Alexa’ Trebek proceeded to state a series of answers to which the questions were “What is” ‘will’, ‘ewe’, ‘merry’, and ‘mi’! (Kristen had caught on after the second question and was grinning uncontrollably and tearing up at that point ;)) Alexa then asked her to turn around, and Ryan was there ready to take it across the finish line and put a ring on it!
