Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area, while the reception will take place indoors. November in Tennessee can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the weather forecast as the date approaches to ensure you're dressed comfortably.

Unfortunately, our room block at The Harpeth Hotel has been filled. There are plenty of great options nearby in the Cool Springs area. Not sure which location is best? Feel free to reach out to Mike or Morgan - we’re happy to help!

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:15 PM CST. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Answer

A shuttle will depart from The Harpeth Hotel to Southall at 2:45 PM. The shuttle will remain on-site throughout the evening and will make multiple return trips to the hotel, so guests can head back at their convenience. Lyft and Uber are also encouraged for additional transportation options.

Yes! Southall Meadows offers free, ample parking for all of our guests.

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those children who are listed on your invite and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Answer

Select the RSVP tab on the top of our website. Search your name or last name, and your name will populate. You will be instructed to RSVP for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding.

You will be greatly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" to both events so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
