what time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before to allow time to park and find a seat.

Will it be an an unplugged ceremony?

YES! Matthew and Shannon’s talented friend Paulina will be capturing the day as it unfolds. Please put phones away and be fully present with everyone during the ceremony.

Complimentary parking is available onsite.

Where will the events be held?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors under cover, and the reception will be indoors.

YES. There will be an open bar and food during the cocktail hour and reception. Dinner will be served buffet style.

Formal attire. Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outdoors in the grass, so please plan shoe choices accordingly.

We wish we could invite everyone, but we have to stick to adults only.

Immediate family and bridal party are welcome to book rooms at the venue. Extended and family and guests will have access to a room block at a local hotel. More information is available on the Travel Page. Immediate family and bridal party- please notify Matthew or Shannon if you wish to book a room at the venue.
