Question

I responded "no" to the soft RSVP, will I be receiving an invitation to the wedding?

Answer

The purpose of the soft RSVP is to gauge whether our out-of-state guests can make it to celebrate with us as of when the save the date is received, so we have an accurate count for how many hotel rooms to book. This will remain open until we send out our official invitations. If you respond no and then discover that you can, in fact, make it (YAY!), please update your response ASAP so we can send an official invitation!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, unfortunately, due to the limitation on guest count, we are unable to accommodate anybody under 15 years old.

When should I R.S.V.P. by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by Sunday, July 18th, 2027. This date is crucial for finalizing our guest count with our venue and catering team. After July 18th, we will no longer be able to accept additional/changes to RSVPs to ensure smooth event planning and coordination. If an issue or conflict arises, please be sure to let either one of us know as soon as possible so we may update plans with our venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive by 5:30 pm. This will allow ample time for transportation from the parking area to our ceremony location and provide an opportunity to enjoy pre-ceremony refreshments before the celebration begins.

I already RSVP'd "YES" but something came up and I cannot make it, what should I do?

Answer

If unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending our wedding, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally before our RSVP deadline of Sunday, July 18th. This allows us to provide an accurate guest count to our venue in advance. If the RSVP deadline has already passed, please notify us as soon as possible so that our venue and caterer can operate with an accurate guest count. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your prompt communication to help us manage our wedding arrangements.

Answer

Yes! We have booked a block of rooms at [blank hotel] and you can find the link to book on the page selection titled "Travel" near the top of the page!

Question

I am not sure that I can make it but I feel bad saying no. What should I do?

Answer

The invitation to our wedding is NOT a court summons! If you can’t afford to travel or may have a conflict, we ask you to RSVP “No”. We do not want anyone to RSVP “Yes” if there is uncertainty. If you respond No then find out you can make it and would like to change your response, please let us know ASAP and will may be able to accommodate you!
