Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids up to 17 years old stay for free! Important note: “Deposits are required for all individuals booked in the room, even children. This deposit will simply go toward your balance, but in order to register each person into the system, for security and liability purposes, deposits are required for ALL people in the room.”

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve taken care of the hard part for you. Anyone attending the wedding MUST book through the room block created to be accounted for. Price match is available to anyone who finds a better deal than what the Travel Agent is offering through the booking site. What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Montego Bay (MBJ) is the best airport to use to get to the resort. It’s about an hour and a half drive from the airport to the resort.

Are there arrangements for traveling to and from the hotel from the airport?

Answer

Yes, there are free round trip transfers included for any guests staying 4 nights or more both to and from the hotel/airport via the resort “Moon Palace”. Be sure to contact the resort to arrange these prior to arriving. The resort also offers round trip transfers for those staying only 3 nights for $45 per person. This will be charged directly to your room and you pay upon your arrival if you are not applicable for complimentary transfer. If guests would like to get private transfers those are also available for separate purchase via the booking site “OnceUponAThomas2022.com” via Destify.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the beach on the North side of the resort. The reception will take also take place outdoors at the Starlight Terrace.

When is the couple traveling?

Answer

The Thomas’ will arrive November 1st and will be staying through till November 8th. All guests are encouraged to stay as long as they please as the married couple would love their company throughout the celebration week.

When should I RSVP by?
