The Wedding Website of Dom Sardina and Tyler Christian
Question

Aren't you guys already married?

Answer

YES! We legally tied the knot on January 27th, 2025 at the beautiful San Francisco city hall. We did this before the current administration could make it more difficult nationwide for us to do so. We were honored to have 6 members of our chosen family witness to our happy day. But now we want to share the joy of that intimate event with all of our friends and family. So we invite you to attend a commitment ceremony and celebration where we will re-declare our love and devotion.

Question

What is the dress code / colors / vibe?

Answer

Wedding Theme: ✨ Elegant Extravaganza ✨ We’re throwing a celebration full of love, joy, and unapologetic self-expression — and we want you to SHOW UP and SHOW OUT. (I think the straights call this: "Outshine the bride") Dress Code: Elegant, Fun, and Unfiltered Think red carpet meets dance floor. Serve a look that turns heads — whether it’s classic with a twist, bold and brilliant, or dripping in drama. Sequins? Yes. Velvet? Absolutely. A suit with feathers? Why not. This is your chance to go all out. Come as your most fabulous self. Be elegant. Be fun. Be loud. Be you. (Gender is a construct and doesn't apply here.) Colors: We'll be wearing browns, tans and teals like the image above. The venue's colors are bright and vibrant. There's no limits to the color story of your attire. Vibes: Daytime Disco Dance Party Realness.

Question

Will there be food and/or drinks?

Answer

There will be a small seated brunch at 1pm for some family and visitors. If you are invited to the small brunch, you'll see it as a separate event when you RSVP online using your last name. For everyone else, there will be a Champagne Welcome at 2:30, and then at 3:30 an open bar, small plate snacks, and dessert. We're ending early enough on a Sunday night so that you have time to find dinner and wind down before your work week.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Public street parking surrounds The Pearl. 601 19th Street, San Francisco, CA 97107... Public transport is easily accessible: - K & T Third Street Light Rail - 22 and 48 Muni bus routes - 22nd Street Caltrain Station - and by car via Highway 280, Mariposa Street Exit. There is street parking around the venue (with restrictions, 1hr,2hr,4hr parking) and two nearby public pay-to-park lots, one at Illinois & 18th Street and the other at Crane Cove Park (roughly ~40 spots). Pricing: $20+ (depending on day of week, and Chase center events) The Pearl highly suggests the use of public transportation, carpooling, or rideshares.

Question

Do I need to get a gift?

Answer

No. Dom and Tyler want for nothing but your love and support. There is a registry section if you feel so inclined. Your generosity is so appreciated, but not at all necessary.

Question

What will happen at the Celebration?

Answer

We fell in love over the course of two years at dance parties like San Francisco's "Daytime Realness". If you know of it, we will be attempting to recreate that experience -- daytime disco house and pop music DJs, drag performances (welcome to bring dollars for tipping!), vibrant colors and lights, snacks, warm embraces, and unbridled joy. The DJs wont be taking requests. But we promise you'll have a great time.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Sorry, unless specifically named or mentioned as Family on the invite, this is just for you and your adult plus one or partner. Because there may be drag and lyrics and speeches that we're not going to police, we'll keep the invites age-appropriate.

Question

With all that's going on, is this really the time to celebrate?

Answer

I asked myself the same thing. But we decided that in times of uncertainty and opposition from the government and even from some of our own family members, celebrating love becomes even more vital. For us, this wedding is not just a personal milestone... it's a powerful act of joy, visibility, and defiance. We believe that by celebrating our love and commitment publicly, we are affirming our right to exist as equals and thrive, as well as contributing to the very world we wish to see: one where love, in all its forms, is cherished and respected. Thank you for celebrating with us.
