We met each other in October 2017 in Boston. We were both in college at the time, with Jonathan at MCPHS and Dominique at Northeastern University. With Boston being a college town and the two universities so close together, we eventually crossed paths and once we started talking we knew this was something special. Let the record show that it was Dominique who made the first move (even though Jonathan might not agree)! Our first date was in the cafeteria at Northeastern University and Dominique made chicken alfredo pasta for us to share. Fun fact - that was the first time Dominique cooked that meal, but Jonathan couldn't tell and he loved it. We bonded over our love of food and Marvel, and we have been inseparable ever since. We've shared so many experiences, from both of our college graduations to moving to Connecticut for 2 years while Dominique completed her pharmacy residency program there, and even traveling on Jonathan's first cruise. Eventually, after almost 6 years of dating, Jonathan finally came to his senses and proposed using some inspiration from one of Dominique's favorite TV shows - The Bachelor (she got the final rose). We're now living in Massachusetts and planning a wedding to celebrate our love with our friends and family!
