Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception following after will be held inside.
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our wedding venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with exception of those apart of the bride and grooms wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!
This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! There will be a formal dress code in place for the wedding. For women, this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits or sport coats would be appropriate, cowboy hats encouraged. We ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride.
In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you fill out your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you complete your RSVP on our wedding website by August 1st.
If we do not recieve your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
We have hired an amazing photographer, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly as that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony has ended.
First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the travel tab with the links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, so we ask that you arrive between 4:00-4:15PM to allow time for parking and making your way to the ceremony area. Cocktail hour will begin following the conclusion of the ceremony.

Yes, if you are staying at some of the hotels that we have hotel blocks at there will be transportation provided. There are also multiple driving services offered in College Station including Uber, Lyft, and Fetii. The venue also has onsite parking if you decide to drive yourself.
