Our wedding will have a cocktail dress code.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, no kids are invited, while we love and appreciate the kids in our lives and understand if having a no kids wedding hinders some attendance, We'd just prefer to have an all adult wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Where can we park?

Answer

There is parking available for all guests in the two public parking lots on Spring Street and street parking on Liberty Avenue. There is also parking at Tutty's Crossing trail head, 250 E Stephenson Street. It's about a 4 minute walk from the venue.

Will there be food and drink provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be food and drink provided! There will be one complimentary drink provided for each guest and then a cash bar with two specialty drinks, TeCupcake Sunrise (Tequila Sunrise) and BaiLong island Iced Tea (Long island Iced Tea). These are named after our pets who are sadly not invited to the wedding.

RSVP by email, call, text, or just tell us if we're hanging out one day. Please RSVP by April 17th.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Fret not, our wedding and reception is going to be inside so we're all good! The only sad thing is that we have access to the really cool roof top and wouldn't want to use it if its raining.

While we want to say the more the merrier, seating is limited and we only want to invite those who are on the invite.

What happens if I can't make it?

We're sorry that you won't be able to make it! You won't miss it completely, though: We will be live streaming the wedding and will have a recording online. Let us know when you RSVP that you want to watch from a stream and we will accommodate you!

Are there any rules from the venue?

Answer

Yes, Any smoking guests/clients must exit the building to do so and dispose of the cigarette butts in the proper dispensers. Anyone caught smoking in the building will be asked to leave immediately. Grand River Hall, LLC reserves the right to remove any individual that has been over-served and acting in an irrational manner. In the event of a physical altercation between guests, Grand River Hall, LLC reserves the right to shut down the event immediately without refund of any payments. Host of the event is responsible for any damages or needed replacements caused by themselves or their guests, including but not limited to; table cloths, chair covers, tables, chairs, windows, doors, light fixtures, ect. Absolutely no outside beverages including water bottles. If there are signs of outside liquor brought to the event, there will be a $250 charge that will be paid immediately or the event will be shut down. If any staff of Grand River Hall, LLC or Alber Properties, LLC have to clean up urine, feces or vomit, there will be a $500 charge. If the host of the event cleans it or has someone clean it then there will not be a charge. Grand River Hall, LLC and its employees reserve the right to remove or have removed anyone from the premises that does not abide by the guidelines. Please be respectful of our rules and guidelines as these are put into place to create the best events for our clients while abiding by city and state laws.
