When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 5th. RSVPs will be included with invitations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on Zola. There is a mixture of gift items and cash funds to donate to.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4pm the ceremony will start at 4:30. Drinks will be served prior to the ceremony so feel free to mix and mingle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes the dress code is semi-formal/ cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus one's and dates are welcome as long as they are invited before September 5th, if they are not included by that date they will not be allowed to attend due to catering and seating limitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children under 10 are not welcome, however children over ten are welcome to attend the ceremony and dinner but will be asked to head inside and play games after 8 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking towards the entrance of the homestead. Transportation will be provided as well due to limited parking options. Guests who wish to drive themselves are encouraged to carpool and opt for vehicles with high clearance such as trucks and SUVs due to the state of forest service 736 which is a primitive road.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes transportation will be provided to the ceremony from the hotel that has our hotel block. If you are staying at another hotel in town it is recommended that you secure a way to get to that hotel if you intend to use the transportation services.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal dinner at The World Famous Sultana in Williams on Friday October 4th for those who are in town. More details to come.
