Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Everything is going to be at Waldenwoods, Cromin venue site. Ceremony will be outside the doors facing the lake. The reception will be in the Cromain building, directly next to the ceremony site. No travel is required between events.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
Waldenwoods Resort & Conference Center is located in Howell Michigan. Below is the exact address. We recommend copying and pasting that address into your preferred navigation system to help make it to the venue smoothly. 2975 Old US 23, Howell, MI 48855 From the Metro Detroit area Waldenwoods is located North West. Almost exactly 1 hour away from Metro Detroit.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding overall is set to be a summer time formal. The ceremony will be taking place on a grassy field by the water, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! Please note, the reception will be inside, however outside is available throughout the night to see the beautiful sunset off the water. It may be windy later, we ecommend bringing a jacket to keep warm!

Please be sure to select your food choice on the RSVP. As well as, answering the dietary restrictions questions. Both are located on this website in the RSVP Section. Our venue will be sure to take extra precautions with your food.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the venue. Their will be signs and guides that will show you where to park when arriving at Waldenwoods.

Honestly, as soon as possible. At the latest a month before the wedding.

Can I stay near by the venue?
Answer
Yes! If you are interested in staying right in Waldenwoods resort or a hotel near by, please go on “Things To Do” to find more information. We have blocked out rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suits. This hotel is 15 mins away from the venue. There will also be a shuttle that will transport you to and from the venue. Please call or visit the website below to book.
