We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by October 26, 2026. Because this is a destination wedding, an early RSVP helps us finalize guest counts, coordinate group activities, and plan transportation and events in advance. If your plans change after RSVPing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. We truly appreciate your help in making our wedding week smooth and stress-free for everyone.
The couple kindly asks guests to wear island formal attire, a Barong Tagalog or your cultural formal attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the infinity deck, while the reception will be held indoors in the ballroom. We recommend lightweight fabrics and comfortable dress shoes, as guests will transition from an outdoor setting to an indoor celebration.
As we’re keeping our celebration intimate, we’re unable to accommodate plus ones. We appreciate your understanding!
We kindly ask that guests check directly with the bride and groom regarding children attending the wedding. Due to space and planning considerations, attendance is generally limited to those listed on the invitation. If you have questions about bringing a child, please reach out to us before making travel arrangements so we can confirm. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our celebration thoughtfully planned.
We recommend booking flights and accommodations as early as possible, especially since January is a popular travel season in the Philippines. Suggested booking timeline: Flights: 6–9 months in advance Hotels: Once you RSVP, ideally by early fall 2026 RSVP deadline: March 31, 2026 Estimated costs (per person): International round-trip flight to Manila: ~$700–$1,000 USD (varies by departure city) Domestic flight (Manila ↔ Boracay): ~$80–$150 USD round-trip Boracay hotels: ~$40–$70 USD per night for budget/midrange options; higher for The Lind Island transfers: ~$15–$35 USD per person, one way (all-inclusive option) Food & activities: Varies by preference; many options are affordable and pay-as-you-go These are approximate estimates to help with planning. Guests are welcome to customize their stay based on their travel style and budget, and extending the trip is completely optional.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Lind Boracay, a beautiful beachfront resort located in Station 1, the quiet and upscale area of the island. We recommend staying at The Lind for the wedding weekend (January 8–9, 2027) to be close to all wedding events and celebrations.
Arrival & Getting to Boracay We recommend guests arrive in Manila (MNL) between January 3–5, 2027. From Manila, you will book a separate domestic flight to Boracay. Boracay does not have a direct international airport. From Manila, fly to one of the following airports: Caticlan Airport (MPH) – Highly Recommended • About a 1-hour flight from Manila • Closest airport to Boracay • Followed by a short 10–15 minute boat ride to the island • Fastest and easiest option Kalibo Airport (KLO) – Alternate Option • About a 1-hour flight from Manila • Requires a 1.5–2 hour land transfer to the port, then a boat ride • Often cheaper, but longer travel time After flying from Manila (MNL) to Caticlan (MPH) or Kalibo (KLO), guests will complete a short island transfer to Boracay. This includes an airport transfer, boat ride, and local transport to your hotel. Required local fees (per person, per way): Environmental Fee: ~$1.50 USD Terminal Fee: ~$2.00 USD Boat Fee: ~$4.00–$5.00 USD Total estimated fees: ~$8–$10 USD per person, per way Guests may pay these fees individually at the port or book an all-inclusive transfer (airport → boat → hotel), which we highly recommend for convenience. Many hotels can arrange this in advance.
All-inclusive transfers can be booked directly through your Boracay hotel or at the airport upon arrival. Option 1: Book through your hotel (recommended) After booking your hotel, email them to request an airport-to-hotel all-inclusive transfer. This usually includes airport pickup, boat tickets, port/environmental fees, and transport to your hotel in Boracay. Estimated cost: ~$20–$35 USD per person, one way (varies by airport and hotel). Option 2: Book at the airport Upon landing in Caticlan or Kalibo, visit the official transfer counters inside the airport. Staff will assist with payment and guide you through each step. Estimated cost: ~$15–$30 USD per person, one way. All-inclusive transfers are the easiest option for first-time visitors and help avoid multiple lines and separate payments.
Boracay’s main beach, White Beach, is divided into three areas called Stations 1, 2, and 3. These are not train stations—just sections of the same beach used to describe location. Station 1 is quieter and more upscale and is where our wedding venue, The Lind Boracay, is located. Station 2 is the central area with restaurants, shopping, and most activities. Station 3 is more laid-back and budget-friendly. All stations are connected by the same beachfront: Station 1 ↔ Station 2: ~10–15 minute walk Station 2 ↔ Station 3: ~15–20 minute walk Short tricycle rides are also available, and guests do not need to change hotels unless they want to.
Yes! We’ve listed recommended hotels on our Accommodations page based on where you’ll be during the wedding week. Manila (for early arrivals: Jan 3–5): Guests arriving early in Manila before flying to Boracay may wish to stay near the airport or in central areas for convenience. We’ve included a few airport-adjacent and city hotel options on the Accommodations page to make the transition to your domestic flight easier. Boracay (Wedding Week: Jan 4–10): Most guests will stay in Boracay for wedding events and beach activities. Wedding Weekend (Jan 8–9): We recommend staying at The Lind Boracay, where our ceremony and reception will be held. Pre-Wedding Stay (Jan 4–7): We’ve listed several hotels in Stations 1 and 2, which are close to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Guests are welcome to stay at one hotel for the full trip or split their stay before transitioning to The Lind for the wedding weekend. All listed hotels are within walking distance or a short tricycle ride from wedding events.
If you have questions during the trip, details for our wedding point-of-contact will be shared closer to the date via WhatsApp.
