WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by the deadline (May 2nd), your invitation will be marked as a decline, and your spot will NOT be held.

What is the parking Situation?

Answer

Valet Parking included in package for all guests attending the event only. ($18.00 overnight parking charges still apply for guests who park overnight)

Our dress code is black tie formal. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up! Don’t forget your dancing shoes. 💃🏻

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Answer

The closest airport is St. Pete-Clearwater International and is 27 minutes from Fenway hotel. Tampa International Airport is 35 minutes to Fenway Hotel.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

We've reserved rooms at Fenway Hotel. You can book with our special rate using the link on the "Travel" page. Deadline to book is 5/8/26

Is the wedding held outdoors?

Answer

No. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all inside with ice cold A/C to accommodate for Florida heat.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We have decided to have our wedding be an adult only occasion.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, open bar! No shots permitted. Please drive responsibly or make transportation arrangements.

What happens if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive a response from you by our deadline, you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this is that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride —whites, ivories, and creams. The bridal party colors are black and white.

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

The Bride and Groom request you be fully present in the moment as they have a professional photographer to capture this entire day for all of us to reflect back on over the years to come.
