Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a black tie affair. For gentlemen, this typically means a tuxedo or a formal suit. For ladies, a floor-length gown is appropriate, or a dressy cocktail dress is also great. We want everyone to feel elegant and festive as we celebrate together! If you have any questions about what’s appropriate, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

There will be a shuttle provided to and from The Mansion at Oyster Bay for those staying at the Best Western Premier.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will be having an adult-only wedding ceremony and reception. Call the babysitter - it's time to PARTY!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be addressed to “[Your Name] & Guest.” In that case, absolutely—your guest is welcome (don't forget to RSVP)! However, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring an uninvited guest, as we are looking forward to a celebration with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I be accommodated?

If you have specific allergies and dietary needs, please let us know on your invitation RSVP or contact us directly.

Will any part of the event be outdoors?

Answer

We will be having the ceremony outdoors. Additionally, there are outdoor spaces available during the reception. Weather permitting.
