When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible or by 8/19/2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We suggest that men wear a tuxedo, suit, or a dress shirt with tie and women wear a cocktail dress, floor length dress, or a nice pantsuit.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding is an adults-only affair. We hope you understand and can still join us for this special day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the venue for all interested guests. The buses will depart from The Residence Inn at 4:55pm and 5:20pm to take everyone to West Hills Country Club. When the wedding concludes, the buses will return guests to the hotel. Please note, the buses will not be making any additional stops. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to use the provided transportation by 8/19/2025. Don’t be late—the buses will not wait for anyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking at the church as well as at the reception. West Hills Country Club asks that if you keep your car overnight, you pick up your vehicle before 11:00am the next morning on 9/20/2025.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Of course! Once the reception ends, the after party will begin at the Residence Inn Hotel, where the room blocks are. There is a beautiful outdoor patio with a fire pit, indoor seating, and an indoor bar. Come dressed as you are from the wedding or change into casual clothes. Please join us to continue the party!!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Room blocks have been reserved at the Residence Inn, a 10 minute drive from the venue. Specific details can be found in the "Travel" section of our wedding website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the wedding ceremony before 1:15pm for a 1:30pm start.
