I met Jen at Manhattanville College in 2014 as teammates on the Women’s Ice Hockey Team. We went from only being teammates to a dynamic duo in no time. Jen has been there for almost every major life change (both good and bad) and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The highlights would include the following: -Living out our dream of living in New York City together (4 years to be exact…) -Tearing up bars (specifically oyster bars and sometimes a Tikki bar…inside joke sorry) -Eating almost every charcuterie board in sight -Taking advantage of every dollar oyster bar we could find in NYC -Playing baseball with the local hotel doormen with only a crumbled up newspaper and a metal pole supplied by the local homeless man -Dancing and singing in our apartments while we do our hair and makeup before going out on the town -Darby (inside joke again, sorry) I would go on and on about Jen but basically what I’m trying to say is all is that I wouldn’t have anyone else standing by my side on my special day. Thank you for being the most amazing best friend. Love you Yenny 🤍 P.S if you want a good laugh ask Jen about our first NYC cockroach story (I’m sorry in advance)
Tommy O'Brien
Best Man
Thomas O’Brien the IV. He is the Best Man of the groom and the older brother of the Bride. In terms of priorities let’s just say being the Best friend to the groom comes first and being the older brother to the bride is second. Tommy met Dom back when they were 12 years old when they both played hockey for Evanston in 1st year Pee Wee. They became friends during that year of hockey after they both hit each other in hockey practice and fell down. After that, they decided they “were cool” and it’s best to not to hit each other. Their friendship really set in stone when they both went to Notre Dame High School together. Not to mention being the White Division State Champions for High School hockey in 2010. From there on out they became best friends. If it was not for Tommy, then today would have ever happened as he gave the blessing for this relationship to start.
