This place is very short walk from the Sound View. These 2-bedroom condos can sleep up to 6 people and are a great option to rent with friends or family! 2-night minimum stay. Rates start at $399/night.

Also a very short walk from the Sound View. There is not an option to book online, so we would encourage you to call regarding booking specifics! 2-night minimum stay. Rates start at $205/night.

About a mile away from The Sound view, this is a great B&B option. One night minimum stay, rates start at $265/night.

The Southold Beach Motel

This hotel is a bit of a longer walk from the venue (about a mile), but has great accommodations right on the beach! Rates start at about $180/night. There is also a 2-night minimum here, but the hotel offers a $50 surcharge in addition to the room fee for 1-night stays.

Hotels in the area are booking up, but there's always something available on one of these websites! There are a number of listings in the area and for various setups (e.g., whole houses, rooms in houses, etc.), so definitely worth checking out!

Driving

We highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the weekend on the North Fork of Long Island. Uber is unreliable in this neck of the woods, and while cabs (Hometown Taxi - (631) 765-5336) and bike rentals (Dan's Bikes - greenportbikerental.com) are available, a rental car will offer more mobility to see the sights and stop at those farm stands and antique shops that will be calling your name.

JFK, Newark, MacArthur or LaGuardia

NYC has tons of Airports. LaGuardia and MacArthur are the closest to the North Fork. You can even connect to the Jitney from LaGuardia.

Train

LIRR

The Long Island Rail Road offers trains out of Penn Station in NYC to Greenport. There are only a few trains a day, so please check schedules in advance.

The Hampton Jitney is a luxury motor coach with reasonable rates that makes frequent, scheduled stops up and down the North Fork of Long Island. Please see their website for rates and hours.

Cross Sound Ferry

This ferry runs between New London, CT and Orient, NY. It can accommodate cars and pedestrians and can be booked with reservations.
