What are the COVID Rules and restrictions?

Answer

1. The venue is restricted to 150 people. 2. Everyone must be tested prior to the event (we are working with the venue on this). 3. The venue will be doing contact tracing. 4. Masks will be required when moving about the venue. Custom masks will be provided on the day of the wedding so we can all be festive! 5. Tables will be spread out so social distancing can occur during the reception.

What are the COVID travel restrictions?

Answer

Currently, starting April 1st all travelers from out of state will not have to quarantine, but will need to fill out a form when entering the state for contact tracing purposes. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal The temperature could be anywhere between 60 to 80 degrees. The ceremony will be outside, but the reception inside.

Are there two different venues?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at The River Vista Center. The reception will immediately follow indoors at the same venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The reception will be buffet-style and include options for vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian. Please contact Rachel at 315-200-7963 if you have other restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in front of the venue. When arriving, walk through the front doors to the backyard t get to the ceremony space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
