As we navigate COVID-19 and all that comes with it, we want to be sensitive to the experiences of this year. Here are some things to know about our wedding. We understand everyone has different circumstances and we want to honor whatever decision is made for your RSVP. We will try our best to implement safety measures as we continue to plan. Something to know is that the ceremony and reception are held completely outside, with plenty of space. Please understand that there are no expectations to explain your RSVP to the Bride and Groom if you choose to decline. We would greatly appreciate that you take your own precautions to keep you and your family safe, whatever that may be. Thank you for understanding and we hope that you join us as we start our forever. Remember that we love you and your decision does not define our friendship/relationship with you at all! If you choose to attend, please read through this page in hopes to answer your questions. We can't wait to celebrate!

Question

Will I need to show my vaccination card or provide a negative COVID test?

Answer

No & no! With that being said, please take whatever precautions you feel you need to make before attending.

Will masks be required?

Answer

Masks will NOT be required by us or our venue. If you feel inclined to wear one, go for it, especially if this is a determining factor in attending. Please know that our venue is completely outdoors and our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are taking place in three different areas on the property to avoid prolonged time in one specific area.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We highly recommend that if you choose to wear a heel, that it be one not pointed, since the premises is mostly grass, dirt, and uneven ground.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are casual people but we do ask that you join us and dress to the nine's for the best day ever! (NO JEANS PLEASE) :)

Will there be a zoom link if I am unable to attend?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we have decided to not record our ceremony or reception. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is parking included?

Answer

Yes, parking is included on the premises of the venue! We do ask if you are able to carpool with other guests attending that you please do so. The venue is able to accommodate about 100 spaces and we are expecting to have around 175-200 guests. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, unfortunately, we do not have enough space to accommodate all children. We ask that you please do not bring your baby/child if they are not on the RSVP list! If you have a baby that does not need a chair and is NOT on the RSVP list for your family, please reach out at 909.614.9299. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that if you don't have a plus one listed on your invitation or RSVP, please not bring anyone that is not on the list. If you need unexpected accommodations, please feel free to text us at 909.614.9299 but we cannot guarantee arrangements can be made. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, October 1st! If you do not RSVP by this date, there will not be a seat for you.
