Here's what to expect for the wedding day, we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Once you arrive at the venue please park in the parking lots near the entrance of the hotel. The only way to access the venue is to take one of the shuttles from the hotel, the shuttle pickup area will be marked with signs. Be sure to allow an extra 10-15 minutes for parking and shuttle transportation. Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:30, the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. If you arrive after the bridal party you will be seated by our coordinators once the ceremony begins.
Following the ceremony we will have cocktail hour which will include light appetizers. The reception will begin around 6:30.
