After all this time? Always.

We met my freshman year, his senior year, of high school. For a long time we were just friends, with him obviously wanting more than that. Dominic would walk me to my locker and walk me to lunch every day. And every day when he would lean in for a kiss, I would give him a hug and walk away. And so it went for the whole school year. For every football game and every horse show we were there. And then something crazy happened, our friendship blossomed into a beautiful and young love. And from then on, we were there for graduations and celebrations and crazy family events. For awkward moments and fun times, we were there. And like with every story there are ups and downs, and if you know anything about our story, you know that ours has had more ups and downs than most others. But, through each other's worst and best moments of the past 7 years we have been there; through trials and tribulations, tears and laughter, puppies and kitties. And now, for the rest of our lives we will continue to be there, not only as best friends but also as husband and wife.
