When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to park, take a short walk through the courtyard, get settled, and take your seats. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

September is a hot in Washington and we want you to be comfortable! Please wear nice clothes (think cocktail, semi-formal, dressy casual).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

RSVPs are hand-selected by the couple. Only a select few have +1's due to space constraints. Please only RSVP for the specific individuals addressed. We are unable to accommodate additional guests for our small event. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of our friend's and family's children - this is an adult only event. Please leave the little's (under 17) at home and come have this one date night to celebrate with us! Our event is at capacity and cannot accommodate the kiddos - thank you for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner is buffet style with a variety of options available. We will have a menu available on our website ahead of our ceremony with a list of ingredients for your information. Unfortunately, substitutions cannot be made as the food is ordered in advance, but we hope there is plenty of variety available to suit your dietary restrictions. Please let us know as soon as possible of an allergy so we can request accommodations with the kitchen asap.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plentiful amounts of parking at the Green River Community College. Enter through the West entrance - look for the signs. Park in P1, P2, and P3 for closest entry to the ceremony space. Parking is free.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will follow the ceremony.
