We are excited to share with you some of our favorite things to do in the area.

Close to the venue, and the tallest mountain in the Coast Range! There's a great 5 mile, out-and-back hike to the peak, with amazing views to the Pacific Ocean on a clear day. There is a parking lot at the top if you wish to drive and a campground as well.

Mary's Peak

Near the venue. Features a great campground, hiking and mountain biking trails, and waterfalls.

Alsea Falls Recreational Site

An in-town option for easy to moderate walking and hiking that we enjoy.

Bald Hill Natural Area

A great place for bird watching. Many walking trails, mostly flat, but some with limited shade.

William L. Finley National Wildlife Refuge

The closest city on the Oregon Coast, which offers an impressive aquarium, beautiful beaches, and fresh seafood.

Newport

A favorite of ours, near Eugene. An amazing collection of live, rehabilitated raptors (birds-of-prey).
