Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, Passports ARE required & must be valid 6 months past travel.

Are my kiddos invited?

Answer

While your kiddos are more then welcome to join you on your trip experience, we request that you obtain childcare during the ceremony or reception. We want you to get a night off! The resort has a wide range of childcare and babysitter options.

What does "all inclusive" mean?

Answer

All inclusive rates include transfers, all meals, room service (where available), drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic, taxes and dining gratuities. Flights are not included. All fun inclusive also includes excursions and activities at the local ecological parks!

Do we book our own flights?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to pick whichever airline/flights you prefer. If you would like to organize and fly as a group, go for it! The more the merrier.

What airport do we fly into?

Answer

When booking flights, you will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). We will collect your flight itinerary about 6 weeks prior to departure so we can set up your included shared transfers.

How do we get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Shared transfers are included in your rate. Transfers are provided from airport to hotel and back for dates of reservations. Be sure to send your flight information to our travel agent, Amy Birkland-Peterson, so she can schedule the ground transportation to the hotel. Her email is apeterson@destinationweddings.com

Will we need to get COVID tested?

Should we bring a gift?

Answer

If you feel inclined to buy a gift, feel free to mail it directly to us or bring to our couple shower. No need to travel with it! Check out our registry for ideas.
