For the civil ceremony, please wear elegant attire. We kindly ask guests to avoid white, red, or black to keep a beautiful and cohesive look for the day. We truly appreciate it.
We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 20 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m., and the chapel doors will close once it starts, so late entry will not be permitted.
The venue does not have on-site parking. However, there is a parking lot across the street at 559 S Casino Center Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Street parking is also available nearby, with meters that accept coins.
Our ceremony is meant to be a special “first look/unplugged” moment. We kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos at any time—including from your seats—as we will have a professional photographer taking care of everything. Your presence and full attention are the greatest gift; we just want everyone to enjoy the moment with us.
You are welcome to bring a guest. We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance and share the full names of everyone joining you so we can add them to the guest list at the chapel lobby.
Please confirm your attendance (and the names of any guests joining you) by Saturday, November 29. We kindly ask this because we must provide the final guest list to our wedding planner, who will welcome you at the chapel and guide you to your seats.
Yes, children are happily welcome to join us.
We’re expecting a lovely December day in Las Vegas with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Temperatures should reach around 58°F (15°C) during the day, and drop to about 39°F (4°C) by evening. Because of this—and because the light will fade earlier on that day (around 4:00 PM)—here are a few friendly reminders to help you plan: • Dress in layers. With our dress code being elegant attire, we suggest wearing something stylish yet warm. A dress or suit is perfect, but consider bringing a wrap, shawl, or a light jacket so you’ll be cozy when the sun sets. • Bring a scarf or light sweater. Even in December, the desert chill can sneak in, especially once the sun goes down. • Choose comfortable shoes. If you plan to move around for photos or just want to enjoy the venue, having shoes that are both elegant and walkable will make a big difference. • Be mindful of the light. Since the natural light fades around 4:00 PM, it’s a great idea to arrive early for any outdoor photos or moments you’d like to capture — or just to soak up that beautiful glow. • Sunglasses might be helpful. The daylight could still be bright, so having sunglasses on hand could make things more comfortable.
We truly appreciate the tradition, but we kindly ask that no rice, confetti, petals, or any other items be thrown. The chapel maintains an eco-friendly and clean environment, so nothing can be tossed inside or outside. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space beautiful.
Following the photo session, we invite you to join us for a lunch. You can find the address and details in the “Schedule” section of this app. We kindly ask that when confirming your attendance, you also select a meal choice to accommodate different preferences. We offer three options: • Heartland Classic – Traditional meat, • Heritage Elegance – Lamb, the bride’s favorite, • Garden Blessing – Vegetarian, for our family and friends who prefer a plant-based option.
We completely understand if you are unable to join us in person. For those who wish to celebrate with us from afar, we will provide a special link to watch the ceremony live online. We hope you can still share this special moment with us, even from a distance!
We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by Saturday, November 29. If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume that you will not be able to attend. This helps us finalize the guest list and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding!
