Thanks so much for asking! Polyamory is still gaining understanding and compassion in general society, so coming with curiosity instead of judgement is always preferred. Daniel and Domenica are getting married because they love each other, and they want to build a life together. They also have so much love to give that they choose to share it with others, if others are so deserving. Please pick up one of the zines at the welcome table (?) to learn more!
Please RSVP ASAP, but no later than August 24th.
AVOID HIGHLAND WAY!!! PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW ANY GPS INSTRUCTIONS that take you through Highland Way. Highland Way is a very remote, winding road that is one lane in many places. Even in good weather, Highland Way is not kind to vehicles, and will deteriorate further when the rains come. Google/Apple maps may not be aware of this deterioration. DON'T TAKE HIGHLAND WAY unless you love rough, bumpy roads weaving through blind curves on a mountainside. Trust us, you do not save any time by taking Highland Way. We tried it; we don't recommend it. The venue is located about 2 hours south of San Francisco, 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, and about 60 to 75 minutes from both Monterey and San Jose. Due to the spotty GPS signal in the mountains, printing these directions ahead of time is recommended. From San Francisco, East Bay or San Jose: Take Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz. Head south on Highway 1. Take the Freedom Boulevard exit and go left over the freeway. After 5 miles, you will come to a stop sign where you will make a left on Corralitos Road. Follow Corralitos Road for 2 miles. At the four-way stop sign the road becomes Eureka Canyon. Go straight and continue for 6.7 miles. Pema Osel Ling is on the left side, with a big blue and gold sign posted at the entrance. For guests visiting from the South Bay: Google Maps might direct you to Summit Road and Highland Way. Again, please be advised that this is a very remote and windy way, with one lane in many areas. You will not save any time by taking this route. From Monterey: Head north on Highway 1. Take the Airport Boulevard Exit. At the junction with Freedom Boulevard, make a left and follow it for a couple of miles. At the stop sign, make a right onto Corralitos Road. Follow Corralitos Road for 2 miles. At the four-way stop sign the road becomes Eureka Canyon. Go straight and continue for 6.7 miles. Pema Osel Ling is on the left side, with a big blue and gold sign posted at the entrance.
There will be on-site parking, as well as attendants to help escort you to and from the gathering place if needed.
Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm. If you have ADHD, arrive before 3 ;)
Yes, please indicate any additional names when you RSVP (maximum 2 plus ones per guest). We are upping the +1 limit to +2 per guest.
Come classy! Theme colors are earth tones (blues and pinks are fine!), but wear whatever is comfortable for you. Keep in mind this venue is mostly outdoors in the redwood forest, so please wear appropriate footwear for walking on dirt and turf.
