Jason and Nicole met at a friend's Halloween party back in 2015. It was love at first sight for him, but she needed some convincing. Jason tried for months to get Nicole's number from their friend Elisa. Finally, in the new year, Jason sent his first text to Nicole. As their relationship grew, their chemistry became undeniable and the rest was history.

After 7 long years, Jason finally decided to propose. He knew it had to be a big, extravagant event. So he enlisted the help of both families to plan a big surprise for Nicole. After months of planning, the flights were booked, and off they went to the Dominican Republic. Nicole was led to believe they were going on a little getaway with Jason and his family. Everything was going off without a hitch. As the sun began to set, Jason and Nicole went to take family photos at the beach... or so she thought. Jason ushered Nicole towards the beach, where the scene was perfectly set. A rose petal heart and a lit-up sign reading "MARRY ME" laid before them. The tears instantly began flowing as Jason knelt on one knee and mustered up the words "I love you so much. Will you marry me?" Nicole couldn't believe it. She said "yes" as she shyly turned around and was stunned by all their family and friends being there to witness this beautiful moment. The champagne was popped and the celebration began.
