Remember to wear shoes that will permit you to walk down stairs and the mostly smooth cave floors. There are some tight spaces inside the cave on the way to the ceremony room!
PLEASE ARRIVE BY 4:30PM! We want everyone at the cave entrance and ready to go inside at 4:45PM with the cave guides. Everyone will be going in at one time in a single file line! It takes approximately 45 minutes to drive to Colossal Cave from Tuscon, so please plan accordingly. Ceremony begins promptly at 5:00PM!

Photos with Newlyweds
5:45 pm - 6:30 pm

Bride and groom will take some photos with family inside of Colossal Cave and then proceed outside to the terrace for more photos with friends and family. When your photos with the Bride and Groom are done, you are free to start driving back to our home. No need to wait for everyone to finish!
Wedding Party Travel Time

Ceremony attendees will be in transit from Colossal Cave back to the home of the bride and groom.
Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres - All Guests

Reception guests are welcome to begin arriving at 6:45PM. The ceremony attendees will be driving back to our home and will be trickling in depending on departure time. Please enjoy a cocktail and some hors d'oeuvres while the wedding party makes their way back!
Dinner with the Newlyweds
7:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Our serving staff will begin plating bread and salads once everyone has been seated. Dinner service will follow.
Cake Cutting
9:15 pm - 9:30 pm
Share our sweet moment with us! Enjoy some tasty tiramisu and fresh berries.
After Party
