Dominic and I lived in the same dorm our freshman year at Michigan State University. One might think that's where this all began, yet despite having many mutual friends, we somehow missed meeting each other the entire year. We didn’t actually meet until our Sophomore year. We both vaguely recall sitting in the cafeteria with about 20 of our mutual friends and a conversation in which Dominic tried convincing me to become an RA (although he made a great pitch, I didn't end up taking his advice.) Dominic was my campus crush, someone I would see from time but never had the courage to talk to him on my own. As our time at MSU progressed, our paths never quite crossed again- I was on the pre-med track and Dominic studying to be a geologist. Upon graduating Dominic followed his passion for saving the environment to Toledo and I moved back home to build my resume for medical school. But I always wondered what happened to my campus cutie. So I was surprised to see him over a year later on Bumble. On our first date he explained that he recently moved back into town to be closer to family. The rest is history!
