Room booking recommendation

There are many different types of rooms available! However, we highly recommend that if you are an adult traveling without children and can afford the slight price difference to book a room on the secrets side of the property. There are additional amenities (pools, restaurants, bars etc.) open to Secrets guests only.

We are thrilled to have you join us for our special day in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! To ensure a smooth and stress-free journey, we've put together these helpful instructions for your arrival at Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). 1. Arrival at PVR: Upon arrival at PVR, you will disembark the plane and proceed to immigration and customs. Please have all necessary travel documents readily accessible. 2. Immigration and Customs: After clearing immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. Once you have retrieved your bags, proceed to customs for clearance. If you have nothing to declare, follow the green lane. For those with items to declare, please follow the red lane. 3. Transfer to Hotel: After clearing customs, you will exit the terminal into the arrivals area. Please see note about Transfers below.

Their are several options to get to and from the hotel! 1.You can either uber ($30 each way), best if you want to spend the least amount of money and you do not mind walking across the bridge to be picked up. 2. Shuttle transfer through our travel agent ($77 per person, round trip) or other shuttle transfer service available in PVR, best if you want less hassle and pre arrange transfer. 3. Rent a car, if you would like to explore PVR more there are serval rental car options we recommend Gecko Car Rentals. Big chain rental car companies in PV have a lot off hidden fees and hassle where as Gecko Car does not. There is a free parking lot at a resort. This option is best if you do want to pay for Taxi/Ubers and want to explore beyond the resort/ immediate area. link: https://geckorentcar.com/
