Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn of the venue. The reception will take place inside of the barn, however, it is not air conditioned so plan accordingly. Temperatures in Ithaca in Mid-August can vary from high 60s-mid 80s during the day to mid 50s-60s at night.

Will there be dinner?

Answer

There will not be an official sit down dinner. Instead, there will be snacks and appetizers throughout the evening as well as delicious desserts!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

We will be utilizing a ticket system for drinks. Each person will receive one drink ticket after which the bar will become a cash bar.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those named on the RSVP/Invitations may attend. We are trying to keep an intimate event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. However, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be occurring on the lawn so please plan footwear accordingly.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No thank you! We would like to give our photographer the best shots possible. Photos of the reception after are welcome!
