What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional (& encouraged!) For men, this means tux or dark suits and for women, full or ankle length gowns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available from the Marriott Courtyard Fishkill to The Roundhouse at 4:10 PM Afterparty shuttle: leaves Roundhouse at 10:45PM and 11:15PM Return from afterparty: shuttle leaves to the Marriott at 1:30AM, and leaves to the Roundhouse at 2:00AM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a parking lot on the property available for guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The fall is a VERY popular time in the Hudson Valley! We recommend you book your accommodations as soon as possible to avoid limited availability.
