We met in July 2020 on the dating app Hinge where James made the first move and messaged Carolyn about her hockey crush, Kevin Fiala. After two weeks, they exchanged numbers, but this time James waited for Carolyn to send the first text. We quickly found common interests, shared life goals, and discovered strangely close family connections to bond over - the rest is history!
