FAQs

Question

We didn't receive a menu card, how will we know what we'll be eating?

Answer

We LOVE food and couldn't decide on just two entrees, so we didn't want you to either! There will be a variety of passed hor d'oeurves including seafood options, vegetarian options, and ethnic options. For our meals, we will have a buffet style dinner which will include a tenderloin topped with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto wrapped chicken, shrimp skewers, as well as a vegetarian option.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1, 2021!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity and being cautious of the pandemic, we unfortunately had to limit guest dates. If their name does not show up in the RSVP section, we unfortunately were unable to invite them.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity and being cautious of the pandemic, we have only invited the children who are a part of the wedding party.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is on street parking. We suggest arriving early to find a spot. For the reception, there is a parking lot in front of the venue, as well as an overfill parking lot. If staying at the hotel, we encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle so you don't have to worry about parking or driving!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have hired a shuttle service to transport to and from the reception and hotel.

Question

What hours will the shuttle be running?

Answer

The shuttle will begin transporting guests from the hotel to the venue at 3:30pm. The shuttle can hold 14 passengers so if you would like to be on the first shuttle to the venue, make sure you are outside the hotel before 3:30pm! The shuttle will run until 1:30am for those guests who would like to stay a little later and enjoy the after party with us!

Question

How much is it to stay at the campground?

Answer

It's free! We rented the campground so all our guests had a place to stay. Again, please be mindful that the cabins are far from luxurious, and they do not have electricity! But it has what is important- a roof and a cot!

Question

If I want to stay in the cabins, what should I bring?

Answer

The cabins only have cots in them, so bring pillows, sheets and/ or an air mattress. If you plan on joining the after party in the pavilion, BYOB!
